HOW BOOKING WORKS
Sessions are held on Google Meet. Before you purchase, please make sure at least one date and time in the coming weeks will work for you. Sessions must be booked at least 7 days in advance, and your pre-session deep dive questionnaire is a big part of how I prepare, so please fill it out as soon as you’ve booked. Right after checkout, you’ll be taken to a booking page where you can pick your date and time and complete your deep dive questionnaire.

Sessions are booked at least 7 days in advance and up to 60 days out. Availability can change as sessions are booked. Your exact date and time are confirmed on the booking calendar right after checkout.
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING
You can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, sessions cannot be refunded, but your payment becomes a credit you can use toward a future session.
How do I book my session after I pay?
Right after checkout you’ll land on a booking page where you pick your date and time and complete your deep dive questionnaire. You’ll get a confirmation email and a calendar invite with your Google Meet link.
What is the pre-session deep dive?
It’s a questionnaire about your business that you fill out after booking. I review it before we meet so our 90 minutes go straight to strategy, not background questions.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 7 days.
What happens after our session?
You’ll get a personalized action roadmap with your priorities and next steps, plus 14 days of follow-up email support while you put the plan into action.
What if I need to reschedule?
No problem with at least 48 hours notice, rescheduling is free. Inside 48 hours, sessions can’t be refunded, but your payment becomes a credit toward a future session.
